out who your representative is and their email address by using the methods below..
Request your cooperation in supporting the following issues concerning
Homeowners Association law and governance:
1. Change current Colorado HOA legislation to include effective enforcement and
penalty clauses. Currently, the only means for homeowners to gain enforcement of
their own HOA governing documents or State law is to use our costly, litigious, time
consuming Court system: this is out of reach for most homeowners. We need an
out of court binding dispute resolution process in the law to resolve most
homeowner complaints..
2. Limit fees and administrative fees on HOA debt
3. License and regulate property management companies.

Addresses: Two Options
1. Go to www.votesmart.org where you can enter your zip
code plus four (total 9 digits) to identify your representative.
After entering the zip + 4, hit enter key/return key, then click
on "State Legislature" on the left side of the screen to get
the names of the representatives. Next click on the
representatives name/link and you should be able to get
their email address. Note, you can find your zip plus four by
going to
https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action
and entering your home address.
You can also use www.votesmart.org by entering your 5
digit zip code in the upper right box of the page, it will then
return a page asking you to enter your address (home
address, city, state, and 5 digit zip code) in a pink box on the
left hand side of the screen. be sure to separate the house
address from the city, city from the state by commas, and
do enter your 5 digit zip code. This will return a screen on
which you click on State Legislature to get the names of
your State representatives.
2. This method simply lists all representatives in the State
and assumes you know your representative. Click below
either on the link for State Senators or House Members.
